VFM acquired Nevada Laboratories, and established, independent quality and standards testing facility with ANSI / ISO / ASQ Q9001-2000 compliance. As VFM's in-house
testing lab, Nevada Labs maintains the stringent requirements of these certification programs by implementing Mechanical and Chemical Analysis testing techniques. Our
quality assurance department employs a gage R&R program, computerized advance gage control system and an SPC program to ensure certification and
customer requirements are met.
Additional certification capabilities include Hardness testing using Rockwell and Micro techniques, Charpy Impact testing to -150°, Dye and Fluorescent Penetrant and Magnetic Particle testing.
Combined with our extensive Dimensional Inspection process, VFM has testing and verification capabilities to satisfy the demands of virtually any engineering or regulatory
requirement for your custom bolts.
